1. Service Description
YouTube Analytics Dashboard ("the Service") is a web application that displays YouTube channel analytics data to help creators track progress toward YouTube Partner Program (YPP) monetization eligibility.
The Service connects to the YouTube Analytics API and YouTube Data API v3 via your Google account to retrieve and display your channel's performance data.
2. Account & Access
- You must sign in with a Google account that has access to a YouTube channel.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials.
- You may only use the Service to view analytics for channels you own or are authorized to manage.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
- Use the Service in any way that violates the YouTube API Services Terms of Service
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service
4. Data Accuracy Disclaimer
The analytics data displayed by the Service is sourced from the YouTube Analytics API, which uses sampled and estimated metrics. This data may differ from the figures shown in YouTube Studio due to:
- Sampling methodology differences between the API and Studio
- Invalid traffic filtering applied by YouTube
- Processing delays in the YouTube Analytics API
- Calibration corrections applied by the Service
The Service provides estimates only. Do not rely solely on this Service to determine your YPP eligibility status. Always verify with YouTube Studio for official figures.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service operators shall not be liable for:
- Any inaccuracies in the analytics data displayed
- Any decisions made based on the data shown by the Service
- Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss
- Changes to YouTube's API that affect the Service's functionality
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
6. Subscription & Refund Policy
- The Service may offer free and paid subscription tiers.
- Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment processor (Gumroad).
- Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied with the Service.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
7. Account Termination
- You may delete your account at any time through the Account Management page.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
- Upon account deletion, all stored data (profile, tokens, settings) will be permanently removed.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
